Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Window
We offer a 15-day return window for all products from the date you receive your order.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size/color (unless clearly stated as a mistake on our part), or if the product has been used/opened.
Important Note: Beauty devices (face lifters, neck lifters, red light therapy masks, lymphatic massagers, etc.) are considered personal care items. Once opened or used, they cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the item is defective.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at webimpulsepanama@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Photos of the damage/defect
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
We will review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs).
4. Return Process
- Contact us first at webimpulsepanama@outlook.com before sending any item back.
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the item back to the address we provide (usually our supplier’s warehouse in the US or China – we will instruct you).
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged product).
- If a partial refund is issued (for example, due to restocking fee), it will be clearly communicated.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Used or opened beauty devices
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Personalized or custom orders (if any)
- Digital products or gift cards (if offered in the future)
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
8. Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns unless the product is defective or we made an error in the order.
